1. Choose your car

First, you must decide what kind of rental car will suit your needs. We offer several vehicle groups, including compact and SUV vehicles. Your needs will depend on how many passengers will be in the car, and how much storage space you need for luggage.
Remember that you pick your vehicle group and the features that the car should have (such as automatic gear). Unfortunately, you cannot pick exactly the model, but we provide some examples of cars in that category, so you know what size the car will be.
You can book the car:
a. Through our website (preferred)
b. By calling us directly or sending an email.
After booking your car you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to doublecheck that the pickup location and time is correct!
2. Pickup

Our friendly agents will greet you upon your arrival. While we are flexible about the arrival time, we need to know what time you plan on arriving to ensure that there is a car ready for you when you arrive. Otherwise you may risk a longer wait. If you are picking up from an airport location you will be able to input your flight number into your rental car booking.
Most of our airport locations are open late and during the weekend, so you will not have an issue picking up your car.
3. Rental agreement and insurance

We offer a number of insurance packages to ensure that you will be covered in case of damages. Our rental agents will go through these add-ons when you pick up your car. They will also check that the rented car fits your needs, and offer add-ons such as a car seat, if needed.
When this is settled, we will ask for a credit card where we will block an amount, which will be returned when you drop-off your car again.
In our FAQ you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions surrounding insurance and car rental in general.
4. Departure

Our rental agents will follow you out to the var to ensure that you feel comfortable with operating the car. Our cars are usually brand new and have plenty of features. We will also walk you through existing damages and note those down in your contract. We ask that you highlight any damages as well, so we can mark those on the report. We also recommend taking images of the car upon pickup and return, just to ensure that you are not charged for damages that were already there.
If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to call us, and the phone number for your local branch is on the hang tag hanging from the rearview mirror.
5. Returning your rental car

Returning your vehicle is easy. At our airport locations, you can follow the signs for "car rental return". At our city offices there will also be a dedicated parking spot for returns. One of our employees will come out to greet you and walk you through your rental with you. Afterwards, you will get an email with your receipt.
